About us

The Syzygium working group provides a platform for an informal cooperation of scientists, students and plant collectors across the world.  It is dedicated mainly to basic research on the group and help practical dissemination of knowledge on this large and complex genus. Anyone interested in contributing to Syzygium Gateway is invited to join us.  Syzygium Gateway is currently administered by James W. Byng at University of Aberdeen, UK and  Plant Gateway Ltd.
